Your child can "shop" throughout this book using the working bar code scanner. The price of the object selected will show on the screen of the cash register and be said aloud. The cash register will total all of your child's purchases throughout their shopping adventure, and then they can pay with play money or their own pretend credit card. **Please Note: AAA batteries are included in the Cash Register drawer. You will need to push the "Cash" button to open the Cash Register drawer in order to remove and install the batteries.
